Paul is a certified remedial massage therapist, Trauma-Informed Coach, 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Rite of Passage guide based in the Byron Bay region. His work combines Breathwork, somatic awareness, embodiment practices and grounded presence to support personal growth and transformation.

In his early twenties, Paul worked in palliative care in Germany - an experience that deeply shaped his ability to hold space for others through vulnerable stages of life. His approach has since evolved through years of lived experience, travel, inner work and ongoing study in Somatics, Breathwork and personal development.

Through breathwork journeys, ceremonies and group experiences, Paul creates safe and intentional spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, release emotional tension and access their own strength, resilience and inner wisdom.
