FAQs

What is 9D Breathwork?

1

9D Breathwork is a multi-dimensional Breathwork experience designed to create deep emotional, mental and energetic transformation.
“9D” refers to the simultaneous layering of multiple therapeutic elements — including conscious Breathwork, sound frequency, binaural beats, subliminal messaging, somatic processing and guided coaching — working together for powerful synergy.

This combination helps quiet the mind, access the subconscious and support deep body-based healing in a safe, structured way.

How is 9D Breathwork different from traditional Breathwork?

2

Traditional Breathwork uses breath alone.
9D Breathwork amplifies the impact by layering advanced sound engineering, brainwave technology and subconscious reprogramming techniques.

This allows participants to:

  • Enter meditative and therapeutic brain states 2–3x faster

  • Stay present during intensity

  • Access emotional material without becoming overwhelmed

  • Experience shifts similar to years of therapy in a single session

What are the benefits of 9D Breathwork?

When should I NOT do active Breathwork?

Participants commonly experience:

  • Reduced self-criticism and ego-driven thinking

  • Increased emotional release and clarity

  • Greater creativity and intuition

  • Enhanced brain plasticity and receptivity

  • Reduced resistance to change

  • Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience

  • Body-based release of tension and stored trauma

  • A feeling of alignment, clarity, and renewal

Many people reach brain states similar to experienced meditators within 15 minutes.

How does Breathwork affect the brain?

4

What do I need to bring?

Conscious breathing helps quiet the Default Mode Network (DMN) — the part of the brain responsible for autopilot thinking, limiting beliefs and repetitive mental stories.

As the DMN quiets:

  • The mind becomes less critical

  • The subconscious becomes more accessible

  • Emotional processing becomes safer and more fluid

  • The brain enters slower, more receptive states (like theta)
